People & HR
Performance
Manage goals, recurring 1:1 meetings, and review cycles with self, manager, peer, and direct-report assessments.
Performance
The Performance tab brings goals, 1:1 meetings, and review cycles together on the employee profile. Each part can be turned on or off in organization settings.
Who sees Performance. The Performance tab is visible to administrators or department heads only. Organization settings control which parts (goals, 1:1s, reviews) are enabled.
Goals
Track individual objectives with progress and discussion.
| Field | Notes |

| Title | |
| Description | |
| Status | Not started / In progress / Completed / Cancelled |
| Percent complete | 0–100 slider |

Goals support threaded comments, each with an author and timestamp. You can delete your own comments; administrators can delete any comment.
1:1 meetings
A 1:1 is a recurring series between two people.
| Series field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Participants | The two people in the series |
| Frequency | Weekly / Biweekly / Monthly |
| Next meeting date |
Each meeting in the series has:
- An editable agenda checklist.
- Two note panes — yours (editable, and you can mark notes private) and the other person's (read-only to you).
- A status of scheduled / completed / cancelled / skipped.
Reminders. Reminders are sent before scheduled 1:1 meetings.
Review cycles
Run structured performance reviews across the organization.
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Name | |
| Type | Annual / Semi-annual / Quarterly / Probation / Custom |
| Start / end dates | |
| Status | Draft / Active / Completed |
| Template | The assessment template to use |
| Employee scope | All / Department / Custom |
Assessments
Within a cycle, assessments are collected from different perspectives:
| Type | Source |
|---|---|
| Self | The employee |
| Manager | The employee's manager |
| Peer | A colleague |
| Direct report | Someone who reports to the employee |
Each assessment captures responses, an overall rating, and comments. Completed assessments are shown read-only on the profile. Assessment templates define the questions used.
Troubleshooting & notes
- I don't see the Performance tab. It's visible only to administrators and department heads, and the relevant feature must be enabled in org settings.
- I can't edit the other person's 1:1 notes. That's by design — each participant edits only their own note pane; the other's is read-only.
- A goal comment won't delete. You can delete only your own comments; administrators can delete any.
- Assessments look locked. Completed assessments appear read-only on the profile.
