Performance

Manage goals, recurring 1:1 meetings, and review cycles with self, manager, peer, and direct-report assessments.

Performance

The Performance tab brings goals, 1:1 meetings, and review cycles together on the employee profile. Each part can be turned on or off in organization settings.

Who sees Performance. The Performance tab is visible to administrators or department heads only. Organization settings control which parts (goals, 1:1s, reviews) are enabled.

Assessments

Within a cycle, assessments are collected from different perspectives:

TypeSource
SelfThe employee
ManagerThe employee's manager
PeerA colleague
Direct reportSomeone who reports to the employee

Each assessment captures responses, an overall rating, and comments. Completed assessments are shown read-only on the profile. Assessment templates define the questions used.

Troubleshooting & notes

  • I don't see the Performance tab. It's visible only to administrators and department heads, and the relevant feature must be enabled in org settings.
  • I can't edit the other person's 1:1 notes. That's by design — each participant edits only their own note pane; the other's is read-only.
  • A goal comment won't delete. You can delete only your own comments; administrators can delete any.
  • Assessments look locked. Completed assessments appear read-only on the profile.
