Add-ons

The White-Label Branding add-on — pricing, what it unlocks (custom domains), how to add it during or outside a trial, and the grace period that keeps it active after removal.

Add-ons

Add-ons are paid extras you attach to your subscription as a separate line item, on top of your plan. There is currently one add-on.

White-label branding removes BookYourPTO branding and lets you present the app as your own. It also unlocks custom domains — once you add and verify a domain, it activates so your team accesses the app at your own address.

It's an add-on, not a plan feature. White-label branding and custom domains are not included in any plan (not even Enterprise). The only way to get them is this add-on, on a Pro/Business/Enterprise subscription.

Adding the add-on

You add the add-on from your billing settings. It becomes a second line item on your Stripe subscription.

  • Adding normally charges a prorated amount immediately. If the card is declined you'll get HTTP 402 "Payment failed. Please update your payment method and try again." — fix the card in the billing portal and retry.
  • Adding during a free trial ends the trial immediately (a purchase converts the trial) — unless you decline when prompted. You'll be told before this happens so you can choose to keep the trial running instead.

After adding, white-label branding turns on and any verified custom domains activate.

Grace period on removal

Removing the add-on does not cut you off mid-cycle:

  1. The Stripe line item is deleted immediately — there's no refund for the current cycle.
  2. White-label branding and your custom domains stay active until the end of the current period. An "ending" date is shown so you know when it lapses.
  3. Reactivating within that window is free — you've already paid for the cycle, so you can turn it back on at no extra charge until the end date.
  4. After the period ends, white-label branding turns off and your custom domains deactivate.
Why a grace period? You've already paid for the current month, so removing the add-on shouldn't strip features you paid for. The grace period lets you keep what you bought through to the end date — and change your mind for free during that window.
Custom domains follow the add-on. Anything that removes white-label — removing the add-on (after grace ends), downgrading off a supporting plan, or fully cancelling the subscription — deactivates your custom domains. The domain records aren't deleted, but they stop routing.
