Timeboard

The Timeboard page provides real-time visibility into employee clock-in status, work hours, and activity tracking. It enables managers to monitor workforce attendance, review time summaries, and access detailed employee activity records.

Dashboard Summary

At the top of the page, key attendance metrics are displayed:

  • Clocked In – Number of employees currently working
  • On Break – Employees currently on break
  • Clocked Out – Employees not actively working
  • Total Hours – Combined recorded hours for the selected period

These metrics update dynamically based on live attendance data.

Search & Filters

Managers can refine attendance data using:

  • Search Employees – Quickly locate a specific employee
  • Department Filter – View employees by department
  • Status Filter – Filter by attendance status (Online, Offline, On Break)
  • Date Range Selector – Filter data by time period (e.g., This Week)
  • Export – Download attendance data for reporting

Filters apply instantly to the employee table.

Employee Attendance Table

The attendance table provides a structured overview of each employee’s time tracking activity.

Each row includes:

  • Employee Name & Department
  • Current Status (Online, Offline, On Break)
  • Today – Total hours worked today and number of entries
  • This Week – Accumulated weekly hours and entry count
  • Current Activity – Ongoing work session (if applicable)
  • Actions – Access to detailed attendance records

Status Indicators

Employee status reflects real-time availability:

  • Online / Clocked In – Currently working
  • On Break – Temporarily inactive
  • Offline / Clocked Out – Not actively working
  • Status updates automatically when employees clock in, take breaks, or clock out.

View Details

Selecting View Details provides:

  • Complete activity log
  • Clock-in and clock-out timestamps
  • Break durations
  • Daily and weekly summaries
  • Historical attendance records
