Timesheets

The Timesheets page allows users to view, manage, and track detailed time entries for a selected week. It provides visibility into daily work logs, approval status, and recorded durations.

Weekly View

The top section displays:

  • Selected week range
  • Total approved hours for the week
  • Day-by-day navigation

Users can:

  • Navigate between weeks using arrow controls
  • Select a specific day to view detailed entries

Time Entries

For the selected date, the timesheet table displays:

  • Employee
  • Project / Task
  • Description
  • Time (start/end)
  • Location (if applicable)
  • Status (e.g., Approved)
  • Duration
  • Actions (Edit / Delete)

Each row represents an individual time entry.

Entry Management

Users can:

  • Click + Add Entry to manually log time
  • Edit existing entries
  • Delete entries (if permitted)
  • Export timesheet data using the Export option
  • Permissions may vary based on user role and approval status.

Approval Status

Each entry includes a status indicator:

  • Approved – Entry has been reviewed and accepted
  • Other statuses are Pending or Rejected
  • Approved entries typically become locked from further modification.
