The Carry Forward feature allows administrators to define how unused leave balances are transferred into the next leave year.
It helps organizations:
Navigate to: Settings → Leave Policies → Carry Forward
Define the rules for how unused leave is carried into the next cycle.
Administrators can define the maximum amount of unused leave that can be carried forward.

The Eligibility setting determines when employees become eligible to carry forward unused leave.

This setting controls whether carried forward leave expires.
